If your question is about your own statement, the free statement review will get you a faster and more useful answer than an email will.
Corrections
Found something wrong on a page? Send the page address and what is wrong to hello@ratecheckrr.com. If you can point us at a source, even better. We fix errors and note the correction on the page.
Privacy requests
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: privacy@ratecheckrr.com. Tell us the email address and business name you used so we can find your record. See the privacy policy for what we do with it.
Providers
If we have described your pricing incorrectly, email hello@ratecheckrr.com with a link to your published terms and we will check the page. We do not accept payment to change what a page says.
What we cannot do
- We cannot process a payment, refund one, or look up a transaction. We are not your processor.
- We cannot access your merchant account or cancel a contract on your behalf.
- We cannot give you legal, tax or financial advice.
For anything to do with money already taken, you need your processor or your bank, not us.
